When you book or enquire, we may collect: your name and contact number, WhatsApp or email correspondence, pickup and drop-off locations, flight number and arrival/departure details, number of passengers and luggage requirements, and payment information.
We use your personal information solely to confirm and fulfil your booking, coordinate your driver, monitor your flight, send booking confirmations and receipts, handle customer service enquiries, and improve our service quality.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with your assigned chauffeur (trip details only), our internal operations team, and regulatory bodies if required by Singapore law.
