Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service through Singapore Airport Pickup (operated by Veloce Limo Pte Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

• Please provide accurate pickup details, flight information, and passenger count at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. The fare agreed at booking is the final fare, subject to the following:

• Additional charges may apply for significant route changes after the trip has commenced
• ERP, parking, and tolls are included in standard fares unless otherwise stated
• Cross-border surcharges apply for transfers to/from Malaysia
• Late-night surcharges (11pm–6am) may apply and will be disclosed at booking

Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed. We accept PayNow, PayLah, and cash.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellation with more than 12 hours' notice: Full refund or no charge
• Cancellation with 4–12 hours' notice: 50% of the agreed fare may be charged
• Cancellation with less than 4 hours' notice or no-show: Full fare may be charged
• Route or time changes: Must be notified at least 2 hours before the trip. Additional charges may apply

5. Flight Delays & Monitoring

We monitor all incoming flights in real time. In the event of a flight delay:

• Your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no extra charge
• We will monitor your flight for up to 3 hours beyond the original scheduled arrival time
• If your flight is cancelled and you cannot travel, please notify us as soon as possible. Standard cancellation terms apply

6. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if a passenger:

• Behaves in an abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner toward the driver
• Causes or threatens to cause damage to the vehicle
• Is in a state of intoxication that poses a risk to safety

In such cases, the full fare remains payable and no refund will be issued.

7. Baggage & Property

We accept reasonable luggage as agreed at booking. Oversized, overweight, or additional baggage beyond the agreed amount may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in our vehicles, though we will make every reasonable effort to return found items.

8. Liability

Singapore Airport Pickup and Veloce Limo Pte Ltd carry appropriate insurance for passenger transport. Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our negligence. We are not liable for indirect losses including missed flights, meetings, or events due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. traffic, accidents, weather, or road closures).

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
