Terminal 1 — The Original
Terminal 1 is the oldest of Changi's terminals, handling a mix of Asian and European carriers. Airlines include Singapore Airlines (some flights), Cathay Pacific, Thai Airways, Emirates, and Gulf Air. The arrivals hall is on Level 1. Your driver will be waiting in the Arrival Meeting Area just past the baggage claim exit, name board in hand.
Key detail: T1 has two exit points from the baggage hall. Most passengers exit via the main one, but if you're connecting from another terminal, confirm your exit point with us when you book.
Terminal 2 — Largest and Busiest
Terminal 2 handles the most traffic at Changi. Airlines include Singapore Airlines (most flights), Scoot, Jetstar Asia, and several Southeast Asian carriers. The arrivals hall is on Level 2. The meeting area is directly past the customs exit — one of the more straightforward terminals to navigate.
Key detail: T2 and T3 are connected by a direct walkway (no shuttle needed). If your gate changes between terminals, it typically won't affect your arrival point.
Terminal 3 — Modern and Spacious
Terminal 3 is architecturally the most impressive, featuring a large butterfly garden and the Canopy Park on Level 5. Airlines include Singapore Airlines (long-haul routes), Lufthansa, British Airways, Qantas, and Air France. Arrivals are on Level 1, and the meeting area is immediately after customs — clear signage makes this the easiest terminal to navigate.
Terminal 4 — Smaller, Separate
Terminal 4 is smaller and handles budget carriers primarily: Cathay Pacific Express, Korean Air, Malaysia Airlines, Vistara, and AirAsia. Critically, T4 is not connected to T1/T2/T3 by the Skytrain — it requires a shuttle bus. If you're arriving at T4, factor in an extra 10–15 minutes to clear the terminal.
Key detail: T4 has a separate pickup zone from the other three terminals. Always confirm your terminal when booking so your driver goes to the correct location.
Jewel Changi Airport
Jewel is the retail and entertainment complex connected to T1. It houses the HSBC Rain Vortex (the world's tallest indoor waterfall), Canopy Park, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Arrivals can walk directly from T1 into Jewel, or connect via the terminal link bridges from T2 and T3. We can arrange pickup from Jewel directly — just let us know when booking.
