Why Your Terminal Matters
Changi Airport has four main terminals — T1, T2, T3 and T4 — plus Jewel Changi connecting T1, T2 and T3. Each has different layouts, airlines and arrivals procedures. Knowing yours helps your driver meet you at exactly the right spot.
Terminal 1 (T1)
One of Changi's original terminals, handling a broad mix of airlines. Directly connected to Jewel Changi Airport.
- Key airlines: Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Qantas, Philippines Airlines, Royal Brunei
- Meeting point: Level 1 arrivals hall — your driver holds a name board at the exit
- Jewel access: Direct connection via link bridge
Terminal 2 (T2)
A modern, efficient terminal handling some of the busiest routes into Singapore. Connected to T1 via an air-conditioned walkway.
- Key airlines: Singapore Airlines (some flights), Scoot, Korean Air, China Airlines, Eva Air
- Meeting point: Level 1 arrivals hall after clearing immigration and customs
Terminal 3 (T3)
Changi's largest terminal handling the majority of Singapore Airlines flights. Features the iconic Rain Vortex waterfall and the widest range of dining and retail.
- Key airlines: Singapore Airlines (primary hub), Lufthansa, Swiss, Turkish Airlines, Air France
- Meeting point: Level 1 arrivals hall, your driver will confirm the exact meeting row
Terminal 4 (T4)
Changi's newest and most automated terminal using the FAST self-service system. Physically separate from T1–T3 and requires a shuttle bus between terminals.
- Key airlines: Cathay Pacific (some flights), AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines, Vietnam Airlines
- Shuttle to T1–T3: Free, runs every 7–10 minutes, takes about 10 minutes
- Meeting point: Level 1 arrivals hall — driver with name board at exit
How to Check Your Terminal
Your flight booking confirmation almost always lists the terminal. You can also check changiairport.com by searching your flight number. If in doubt, WhatsApp us your flight number and we will confirm the terminal for you.
What If Your Terminal Changes?
Terminals occasionally change for codeshare flights or during disruptions. When you book with us, we track your flight by flight number — so if the terminal changes, we know before you land. Your driver will always be at the correct terminal.
Always share your flight number — not just your terminal. Flight numbers let us track real-time changes automatically.
Jewel Changi Airport
Jewel is not a departure terminal — it is a world-class retail and entertainment complex connected to T1, T2 and T3, featuring the world's tallest indoor waterfall. Our drivers can drop you at or pick you up from Jewel directly — just let us know when booking.
